FC 2000 was established in 1999 when a group of parents with football mad children decided to start a team. It was soon decided to change the name to Guildford FC 2000 so it would be known where the team was located.

Guildford FC 2000 Football club achieved the FA Charter Standard club award in 2003.

This means all our coaches have passed the level 1 coaching award or above, or are waiting to go on the specified courses to achieve this.

We have a club Welfare officer who deals with any Child protection issues. We are all, or are in the process of being FA CRB checked.

This is an award for our club to be very proud of. we have had this award for three years and every three years the Charter Standard award has to be renewed.

Our FA Charter standard club award has been renewed till 2010....

The club was and still is run on a voluntary basis by dedicated parents, friends and helpers who also make up most of the committee too.

This is on the field at the back of Fairlands community centre, 5pm till 8pm depending on age group from March to September then at Kings College Astro turf (Park Barn) Guildford from 6pm to 8pm during the winter months..

Alternatively you can contact any one on the committee who will be pleased to help you and answer any questions.

For this season the Club has teams in the under 6,7,8,9,10,11, 12 and 17's age groups.

The under 7,8,9,10,11,12 and 17's all play in the (SPL) Surrey Primary league, please do click on the SPL link to find out more about the SPL.

Our club is affiliated to the Surrey FA. Our number is FYD00030 this is for season 2009/2010.

We always welcome new players of any age and ability to come and join us, the first training session is always free!!!!


Our home ground is Fairlands Recreation Ground where we also train during the summer months.

On match days and during the summer training sessions, we are lucky to have a tuck shop open selling an assortment of food and drink.

This will open at 5:30 on training days!!
